Watson & District Heritage Museum Watson & District Heritage Museum is home to over 1,000 artifacts from Watson and area. Watson Museum has a large display of a variety of artifacts.

Come and explore our freshly renovated museum located in the old Canadian Bank of Commerce (CIBC.) With a main level, upstairs and machine shed there is so much to see! Keep your eyes open for important dates and events hosted by the Museum Board and Curator. Open for regular hours from June-August. Viewings outside of regular hours and off-season are available. Please call the Town of Watson office or send us a message.

Thank you to all who attended the Jenny Orenstein MIKE PLUME evening of songs and stories hosted at the Watson & District Heritage Museum, Watson, Friday evening, October 16, 2026. Hearing the humorous stories of life experiences and listening to the wonderful musical lyrics and harmonies by Jenny and Mike made for a very entertaining evening. A huge ”thank you” to Jim Haussecker for making all the arrangements with Mike in having him come to entertain in our community and for organizing the bookings and equipment in order for the Museum to host such an event. “Thank you" to Jodi Haussecker for all her assistance in helping with the organizing of these events.

The Watson & District Heritage Museum in Watson, Saskatchewan, is housed in a beautiful 1907 Canadian Bank of Commerce building.
The historic building has been preserved and is recognized as a National Heritage Property. It's now home to displays and artifacts that help tell the story of Watson and the surrounding area.
