We’re excited to introduce Julia in our meet the staff series! Julia is our wonderful assistant curator here at the Uxbridge Historical Centre! 💜

Julia has been at the UHC for three years and brings a welcoming, fun, and knowledgeable presence to the museum grounds each day. She is always happy to run programming and events that help make everyone’s experience enjoyable.

Julia’s favourite building at UHC is the print shop because of all the experimenting she gets to do with the letterpress — and fun fact: she has an art background!🖼️🎨

We’re excited to kick off our Meet the Staff series with Ainsley, one of our wonderful Museum Assistants here at the Uxbridge Historical Centre! 💜

Ainsley is joining us for her second summer at UHC and brings a welcoming, kind, and enthusiastic presence to the museum grounds each day. She is always happy to greet visitors and help make everyone’s experience enjoyable while exploring local history this summer.

Ainsley’s favourite building at UHC is the Gould-Carmody House because of how beautifully it represents what homes once looked like in the past — and fun fact: she’s an identical twin! 👯‍♀️
