Anna Clarey has always been drawn to painting Canadian landscapes. Her work is characterized by bold use of colour and contrast. Anna’s inspiration comes from her travels and camping trips in Ontario with Algonquin Park being especially magical and inspiring to her. She is able to give the viewer a real sense of being on the water or the view of a lake scene. One can almost hear the water lapping on the shore.
