Unity & District Heritage Museum The U.D.H.M. tries to depict the pioneer lifestyle of our community and surrounding districts from the dawn of time to the 1960's of our many cultures.

We have many buildings full of artefacts to view. History books and papers for research in the office. There is no RV or camping overnight allowed on grounds. New policy 1.1.2024

The Adanac Hall at the Unity and District Heritage Museum had a face lift done this September. The top decorative design was repaired and painted. It matches the new sign color scheme. Thanks to the gentlemen that were hired to do this job and to the Town Rec department for the use of the lift to get this job done.

The end of September and work still ongoing at UDHM. The roof on the wood shack was redone so no more leaks. (Now to plant wild grass seed.) The inside had some work done too, on the one wall for a different display. Thanks to the shop guys for helping with this project.

The museum is still on the go as summer is turning into fall in the near future. The Men in the shop got the DC4 Case 1940 Tractor out and running. A new donation that came in last week.
The men in the shop are still looking for old Disc blades, which will be made into tractor stands. We had 5 come in but are in need of more. Any sitting around on your farm? Please donated them to UDHM. Thanks!

Unity & District Heritage Museum would like to take this time to Thank the Town of Unity, & the Rec. Dept. They have kept our grounds in tip top shape over the summer and did other odd jobs as well to help us out. Can't thank them enough..... Note the tiger lilies in bloom along the Adanac Hall (they are doing well as our summer staff keep them watered.)

Special thanks to all those Volunteers who helped our Museum on Canada Day. The weather was perfect and the day was enjoyed by all. But without those volunteers and service clubs assistance the day wouldn't have been successful. Love and Blessings to all those who came out yo celebrate with us.
