🌎 Visitors From Across Canada! 🇨🇦

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming a wonderful couple who travelled all the way from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, to visit our museum! Their journey covered thousands of kilometres, making their stop with us especially meaningful.

We love meeting visitors from near and far and hearing the stories of where they’ve come from. Thank you for making us part of your travels, and we hope you enjoy the rest of your adventure!

As we kick off our second day open for the season, we’d love to introduce our Junior Museum Assistant, Emma Butts!

Emma is a full-time student at Dalhousie University studying in the pre-medicine program. She’s excited to spend the summer at the museum meeting visitors, helping with activities, and learning more about our local history and community.

We’re very happy to have Emma as part of our team this summer, be sure to stop in, say hello, and see all the great things happening at the museum!

What an amazing first day back at the museum! We loved seeing so many friends and creative crafts happening with Creation Cafe - Valley, NS. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made the day so special.💕
