Artifactfirst Welcome to Artifactfirst! We are a site dedicated to spreading the knowledge of what artifact conservation and artifact conservators are all about.

But we also love science...so, expect to see posts about that too Artifacts include more than just items and relics that are found in museums. They include living history museums, open air museums, zoos and botanical gardens and a whole host of other institutions and heritage houses that aim to expand the knowledge and awareness of the general public to the world around them, be it historical or m

odern, art work or physics, dead or alive. With this in mind, the aim of this page is to share a love of the world around us, all the disciplines, all the wonders, all the craziness and anything that gets our imaginations and minds going. It doesn't have to be modern to be fascinating and the future doesn't have to be terrifying. If you approach the world with wonder and curiosity, entire realms fling open their gates for you!
