The space boasts 13 foot ceiling and offers a large range of possibilities: production, retail, art show, celebration, cocktail, photo shoot, creative event, music performance, pop up shop, etc. There is a large

outdoor space in the rear of property accessible by two driveways and suitable for parking, outdoor event, party tent, food truck, etc. Contemporary furniture designed and built by the owner can be provided for an additional fee (available upon request). Some of the walls can be painted to suit your event and a brick wall is available for custom art. The interior space is approximately 20’ x 30’ (600 SqFt) and can welcome +/- 40 People.
