Thank you to the first floor residents of the 95 Leeward townhouse who have removed (or attempted to remove) their personal plants and items. 🪏

In the coming days whatever is remaining will be removed / taken out by the volunteers of Landscaping Committee alongside our contractors with Quality Cleaning Solutions (Q.C.S.) and Northern Front Tree Services (NFTS).

• On-going horticulture, arboriculture, and landscaping work continues across the property. Residents interested in volunteering are encouraged to reach out.

• New waste and recycling bin enclosures are currently under construction.

• Garbage chute renovations and repairs to eroded townhouse areas remain on-going.

• Drop-ceiling construction and conduit installation at 95 / 155 Leeward continue as part of broader pest mitigation and infrastructure improvements.

• Powerwashing is scheduled for Parking Level B on June 08 and Level B1 on June 09.

• Nearly half of the community has now registered on Condo Control — the platform used for notices, amenity bookings, AGM access, and more.

Just a reminder that starting tomorrow, Monday, May 25, 2026, QCS Landscaping Company will begin cleanup work, plant new trees and shrubs in all ground floor planters.

@⁨all⁩ ground-floor residents are required to remove any personal belongings, plants, flowers, or any other items they have placed or planted in these areas no later than Sunday, May 24, 2026.

Any items or plantings not removed by Monday will be discarded and removed without exception.

Starting Monday, May 25, 2026, QCS Landscaping Company will begin cleanup work, plant new trees and shrubs in all ground floor planters.

All ground-floor residents are required to remove any personal belongings, plants, flowers, or any other items they have placed or planted in these areas no later than Sunday, May 24, 2026.

Please be advised that the bin zone behind the 100 Leeward Glenway Hi-Rise is temporarily CLOSED due to demolition and reconstruction of the bin enclosure area by Nobell General Construction Inc. 🏗️

Residents are asked NOT to use or access this area until further notice.

During this temporary closure, please place:

• Large garbage items
• Furniture
• Recycling
• Donation materials
• Bulk disposal items

At other designated disposal areas throughout the property as directed by Management and site staff.

Please do not leave materials outside the closed enclosure area, along walkways, or near the construction zone.

These upgrades are part of ongoing site improvement and restoration efforts to improve cleanliness, organization, and waste management operations across Leeward Glenway.

Leeward Glenway! 🌳

Tree work and environmental restoration efforts will continue on-site by Northern Front Tree Services from Monday, May 25 onward as part of our ongoing landscaping, horticulture, and arboriculture initiatives under YCC 141's Environmental Stewardship program.

Recent work completed on Friday, May 22 included:

• Tree removals and pruning
• Documentation of stumps for future removal
• Planter soil restoration along 135 Leeward
• Ground leveling and soil repair
•™Introduction of fresh topsoil
• Site and land prospecting for future planting

Please note:

🚧 Surface-level parking spots #91 and #92 must be cleared by 6:00 PM on Monday for placement of debris removal bins and ongoing cleanup operations.

We thank residents for their patience and cooperation as we continue improving and restoring our shared outdoor spaces. 🌱
