A Space Gallery A Space Gallery: critical art and culture The gallery is open Tuesday to Friday 11 to 5pm and Saturday 12 to 5pm.

Established in 1971 as one of the first multi-disciplinary, not-for-profit, artist-run centres, A Space Gallery has played a significant role in the evolution of contemporary art in Canada. A Space Gallery's mandate encompasses the investigation, presentation and interpretation of contemporary and experimental art forms. A Space maintains politically engaged and issue oriented programming that is

inclusive of a wide range of media, disciplines and views. We are committed to programming work that crosses disciplines, cultures, abilities, gender and sexual orientation as well as work in new media and technologies.
