A self-taught, versatile artist, I work closely with my clients to create very unique and personal pieces.
Quick bio!
I was born and raised in Windsor-Essex County in Southern Ontario. I’ve always had a penchant for all things artistic. After I completed high school I went right to the workforce in the very unartistic job of banking. I worked in the banking industry until 2007 when I suddenly developed blood clots in both of my lungs. Unable to continue working I decided to return to school. Was accepted to the University of Windsor where I double majored in Visual Art and Earth Science. It was my intention to becoming a high school teacher, well life has a way of steering you in the direction that is meant for you. That is what happened to me! In 2010 I was diagnosed with Lupus which, along with the encouragement of my husband, gave me the final push I needed to return to my art full time. I began tattooing in Southern Ontario and haven’t looked back.
In 2017 we relocated to Thessalon, ON and purchased a decommissioned bank in 2018. We retrofitted the building ourselves into both a gallery and our home. The gallery and shop is approved and inspected by Algoma Public Health. All supplies are sterile, single use equipment that is properly disposed of after every client. When tattooing at an individuals own home I take great care before getting started to sterilize the area in which we will be working and thoroughly clean the space afterwards.
