The museum belongs to the communities of Terrace, Thornhill, Usk, Old Remo, Lakelse Lake, Jackpine, and other surrounding areas. We have accepted help, artifacts, donations, and much more from these communities since our opening in 1983. In turn, we offer free programs, tours, events, education, jobs, and more. We value our communities and what we can do to positively impact them. We aspire to continuously change with the times, always offering a safe, inclusive and educational space. We want your ideas on how we can change and what we can do to make our communities feel welcome, empowered, educated, supported, and included. If you have any ideas or opinions, please share them here: https://forms.gle/f3SxTCcSfGckaYC56

Due to the recent news on BC fires, part of the day's donations will also be going to helping people affected or displaced by fires provincially.
