When mindful movement meets creativity, you get STRETCH & EXPRESS 🧘🏽🎨
This is a 2 hour experience to help you get into your body and create a sense of balance without pressure.
We’ll begin with a LifeStretch flow to release tension, hydrate the fascia and calm the nervous system.

Then we’ll get into a creative rhythm through sketching,writing or mindful painting.
Please note that no artistic experience is needed.

Bringing together cafe vibes and creativity; we’re having our first art cafe pop up at an actual cafe
with a little bit of charm.

What’s included in this social:

1. Latte Art/ Make-your own Drink workshop
Learn the basics of a latte art or design a cafe drink from the general manager of The Livery Yard.
*Behind the bar vibes*

2. Cafe inspired charm bar + Tote Painting
Build a personalized accessory (bracelet,keychain,bag charm) or design your own tote bag guided by Gabby, the face behind Cuyuni.
