Secret Reception combines art and bioacoustics to creatively engage the public in questions about sound reception in more-than-human worlds. This sonic art installation offers new paradigms for hearing through the design of haptic objects and tactile interfaces that use vibration to transmit sonic i...

That piece will be featured in a hybrid show on June 6 presented by NAISA in association with Almaguin Pride Network.

Link to the Making Waves radio show on WGXC 90.7-FM, Greene and Columbia County community radio along with the transcript can be found on NAISA's feed.

After 25 years, NAISA is ‘Still Here’ still thriving despite barriers it has faced. Who are the communities and persons that are also ‘still here’ that continue to evolve and develop a unique voice, despite the barriers they too have faced?

Quote from William Gibson about the Wetland Project "... a beautiful, quietly amazing work of micro-post-geographical art that allows us to be wherever we are and somewhere wonderfully natural and real, simultaneously. It’s an experience I wish everyone could have, and I wish there were more experiences like it.” included here
