MacPhee House Museum and Tourism Information regarding Sheet Harbour's storied history and local attractions The museum interprets the history of Sheet Harbour and the surrounding area.

The MacPhee House, an historic building located in Sheet Harbour, serves as a Visitor Information Centre, Community Museum and an Art Centre. A trail adjacent to the house features interpretive panels that describe the extensive industrial works that once were found on the site. A board walk to the river, a pedestrian bridge accross it and a rough trial on the side creates a circular loop back to

the house. Sheet Harbour is located on the Marine Drive two hours from Halifax. The town was first settled by Loyalists and veterans of the American Revolution in 1784. The MacPhee House is opened for viewing and events from Late June to Mid October.
