The Marine Museum of Manitoba is hiring a Museum Engagement Coordinator.
The Museum Engagement Coordinator will work with the Museum Manager to plan and deliver new programming and events, while strengthening community connections through outreach, fundraising, and membership initiatives. This role also supports the growth of the museum’s collections and archives, and oversees the volunteer program.
We’re looking for a collaborative, motivated individual with a passion for community and heritage.

Looking for chills without the screams? Join us Saturday, October 25th from 1–4 PM for a family-friendly version of Halloween Haunt at the Marine Museum of Manitoba!

Bring your own flashlight to explore the haunted decks in a spooky-but-safe adventure — no jump scares, just mysterious shadows, costumed characters, and plenty of treats!

Warm up afterward at the Ghost Captain Café with hot chocolate, coffee, and gourmet cookies from Flying Pig Patch. ☕🍪

🗓️ Oct 17–19 & 24–26
⏰ 6:30–9:30 PM
🎟️ $20 at the door (cash, debit, credit)
🍪 Concession on site (hot chocolate,
sweet treats and more!)

⚠️ Not for the faint of heart:
Darkness, fog, strobe lights, stairs—and scares around every corner.
Children 12 & under must be with an adult. Parental discretion strongly advised.
