Plympton-Wyoming Museum The Museum is located in the lower level of the Camlache Library.

Our 3 main exhibit rooms are:
Military (WW I & II with a focus on local soldiers)
Early Settlers (pioneer life, and settlements along the Lake)
Marine (the great storm of 1913) Current exhibits:

Our Military Room has a new exhibit showing Canada's role in the Korean War. During the Korean War (1950–1953), Canada was the third-largest contributor to the United Nations forces defending South Korea. Over 26,700 Canadians served in the army, navy, and air force, participating in key engagements such as the Battle of Kapyong and the defense of Hill 355, with 516 losing their lives and over 1,200 wounded. An additional 7,000 troops served as peacekeepers until 1957. We invite everyone to visit the exhibit. We are open Saturdays 10am to 2:30 pm or by appointment.
