The Chocolate Museum The Chocolate Museum celebrates the history of chocolate in St. Stephen, NB! We are located in the heart of St. Ltd.

Stephen, New Brunswick, in the building that housed the original Ganong chocolate factory. Visit The Chocolate Museum to learn about the history of chocolate, the creation of the Ganong Bros. chocolate company, and the impact of the industry on our region. Tours must be Pre-Booked - see our Book Now button. Sample delicious Ganong chocolates, enjoy the interactive displays, and watch the talented hand dippers crafting fresh chocolates right in front of you (Fall hours Wednesday to Sundays 10am to 4pm)
