The sky did most of the work here.

A storm had just passed — wet pavement, reflections, and one of the boldest sunsets I’ve seen over the INVISTA / DuPont plant.

So many people in this area have a connection to this place, whether through work, family, or simply passing it along the river for years. It’s easy to take such a familiar view for granted.

I’m glad I stopped to photograph it.

I’ve passed these trees countless times along the highway near Cardinal, and somehow they always catch my eye.

Dramatic skies across the river, with the last light of sunset catching the trees.

One of those simple scenes that completely changes when the light hits just right.

The parking lot was flooded, so naturally, I had to take advantage of the reflection.

Yesterday I said goodbye to my dad.

The gallery will be closed as I spend time with my family for a few days.

Last night the sky erupted with light unlike anything I've seen in a long time. Whether coincidence or comfort, it was a moment I'll never forget.

A couple of days late, but worth the wait — congratulations to , our May Photo of the Month winner with his photo titled “Cruising”.

This month’s submissions were so great!! A nice mix of local scenery, color, reflections, and adorable moments along the water, it was hard to choose.

Kevin’s image stood out for its beautiful framing, calm misty atmosphere, strong local connection, and the way it captured such a unique moment on the St. Lawrence River.
