We are absolutely delighted to carry HH Hooks rug hooking kits Hubert and Belle's!!! Hanna Eidson is a fiber artist and specializes in hand hooked and machine tufted rugs and sculptures. She lives on the South Shore of Nova Scotia with her 12 year old former Nepali street dog, Ganga. Growing up in San Luis Obispo, California her family encouraged a lot of crafting. Hanna’s mom taught her how to knit as a very small child and her grandmother encouraged her to paint and draw in her studio. She moved to Canada in 2012 to attend McGill University where she specialized in Religious Studies and Anthropology. She graduated in 2016 and moved to Nova Scotia where her love of fibre art was quickly re-kindled. Hanna and her mom signed up for a rug-hooking class that summer and she was hooked immediately. She took up tufting during Covid. She is so grateful to get to spend her time creating cozy and colourful art! Her studio is filled with colourful work in progress.
