Artist of the Month - Magan Damn

Our Artist of the Month this month is Magan, one of our newer mixed media artists.

Magan mainly makes acrylic animal portraits, and some colored pencil portraits. She also has been dipping her hands into making bone jewelry and decorations. Magan is definitely more on the macabre side of art, with a very unique art style.

Magan indicates shes been an artist for a long time; "I have been drawing for most my life, but I officially started painting in 2016. I'd say my biggest inspiration is nature. I love capturing life within a picture."

Magn has been a part of the Art Gallery for about 6 months, and was part of the gallery previously as well. She does live fairly locally, down in Lac du Bonnet.

At this time, she does not display art anywhere else, but indicates; "Once I produce prints i will definitely be displaying my art in other galleries." Be sure to check her out !!
