Nestled on a one-acre site in the heart of Pemberton, the Pemberton Museum offers a unique collection of heritage buildings and artifacts that tell the story of the region’s early settler days. The site features four original hand-hewn log homes, a General Store, a trapper’s cabin, two modern museum buildings, and a charming one-room schoolhouse — perfect for intimate gatherings, workshops, and sp

ecial events.

The museum is open to the public Tuesday to Saturday starting June 3 until the end of October. Visit our website or follow us on social media for updates on special events and any closures.

A museum should be a place everyone can enjoy. That's the heart of our Washroom Rebuild Fund!

Growing Together ~ Welcoming Everyone is our campaign to build a new accessible washroom facility at the Pemberton Museum, so more families and visitors can comfortably explore Pemberton's stories and historic buildings.

From school groups discovering local history to elders sharing memories of the valley, this project helps make sure our site is truly open to all.

Every gift moves construction forward. Chip in here: https://www.zeffy.com/en-CA/donation-form/pemberton-museum-washroom-rebuild-growing-together-welcoming-everyone

Thank you to everyone who came out for Toonie Tea Tuesday this week and made it such a warm, well-attended gathering.

A big thank you to Vancouver Coastal Health for joining us to share their wildfire smoke and heat preparedness tips. Your practical advice on keeping indoor air cleaner and homes cooler is exactly the kind of know-how our community can put to good use as summer carries on.

To everyone who pulled up a chair, asked questions, and shared in the tea and treats: you're what makes these afternoons special. We're grateful for you.

Toonie Teas continue every Tuesday through September 15, 2–4 pm. We can't wait to see you again next week!

Toonie Tea Tuesday is coming up!

Next week, on August 11, we're joined by Vancouver Coastal Health, who are stopping by to share how to stay safe and comfortable when the weather heats up or the wildfire smoke rolls in.

Bring your questions, pull up a chair, and pick up a few practical tips to get you through those smoky, sweltering summer days. Every Tuesday through September 15, you can drop in for tea, treats, and good company for just a toonie.

What a wonderful afternoon!

Thank you to the 27 of you who came out for Toonie Tea Tuesday. The room was full, the conversation was easy, and it was a joy to share the space with so many friends, neighbours, and visitors.

A special thank you to Archie Peters, whose live music made the afternoon something to remember. We're grateful you shared your talent with us.

Missed this one? Toonie Tea Tuesday runs every week until September 15.

We'd love to see you next time!

Belong to the story you help preserve.

One of the best ways to support the museum, the projects we're taking on, and the everyday preservation work behind the scenes is to become a member. Membership keeps our doors open, our archives growing, and projects like the new accessible washroom rebuild moving forward.

Right now that rebuild is front of mind. A more accessible washroom means a more welcoming museum for every guest, of every age and ability, who comes to gather, research, or simply wander through Pemberton's history. Your membership helps make it happen.

Becoming a member also means you belong here: to the community keeping our local artifacts, archives, and stories alive for the next generation.
