Big news from the Pemberton Museum!

We’re launching our Washroom Rebuild Fundraising Campaign, because even the smallest spaces can make a big difference.

As our museum grows, so do the needs of our visitors. It’s time for a new, fully accessible, year-round washroom that reflects the welcoming, vibrant place this has become.

We’re working to raise $50,000 to make it happen ~ we’d love your support.

It may not be glamorous… but it’s essential 💛

Donate, become a member, or help us spread the word.

The Pemberton Museum is beginning work on a new exhibit about agriculture in the Pemberton Valley.

While our research draws from our archives, collections, and the book, Pemberton: A History of a Settlement, we know the heart of this story comes from the people who have lived and worked on this land. Agriculture has shaped life here in many ways, and we want to share this story with care and respect.

As we move forward, we remain mindful that this work takes place on the traditional territory of the Lil’wat Nation. We are committed to listening, learning, and working together to share stories of the past and possibilities for the future.

We invite community members, including farmers and ranchers, past and present, to share their knowledge, experiences, and memories.

If you would like to contribute, we would love to hear from you. Please email or DM us for information about getting involved.

We are thrilled that PAWS Pemberton Animal Well being Society Christmas event was such a great success!

What an incredible Santa Paws!🎅🐾

Thank you so much to everyone who came out. We loved seeing you all and meeting every dog, cat, gerbil, family member, and friend who joined the fun. Whether you donated, got your photo taken, or bid on an auction item, your support means everything to us. We love being part of this little community 🫶

Thanks to you, we raised a whopping $18,216, which is huge for our shelter. We cannot thank you enough.

A very special thank you goes to for being such wonderful hosts once again, to James and Lori for being a fantastic Santa team, to Sierra for creating such a beautiful backdrop and setup, to Alex for running the auction, and to Kelly (.lensandlistings ), our photographer, for capturing the day so beautifully.

Thank you as well to Kateri from Pawsome Massage () and for the cookie decorating. And of course, thank you to all of our volunteers who helped make the day run smoothly, to everyone who donated an item to the auction, and to everyone who came out.

Your photos are now live. You can find them here: https://adobe.ly/48r1ahr

If you need larger sizes for printing, please reach out and we will connect you with Kelly!

Thank you again, enjoy your photos, and happy Christmas.
