Link to our historic self-guided walking tours! The North Middlesex Historical Society is actively involved in the preservation of the history of North Middlesex, namely the former Municpalities of Ailsa Craig, Parkhill, East and West Williams, and McGillivray. We do so through a Historical Society as well as the Donald Hughes Annex Museum and Marg & Leroy Walker Research Room, located in Ailsa Craig in the former Baptist and Anglican Churches, respectively. Our museum features a combination of permanent exhibits as well as rotating exhibits, there is always something new to see! The research room houses all of our archives, and provides anyone the opportunity to come in and view our collection. We just ask that you please contact us first so that we can assist you in your search. We are always interested in donations of artifacts relevant to the history of these areas!
