Destination Bijou – Cagnes-sur-Mer, 4-7 juin 2026
La deuxième édition de cet événement dédié au bijou contemporain investit Cagnes-sur-Mer avec expositions, conférences et ateliers, notamment au Château-Musée Grimaldi et à l’Espace Solidor.
La Galerie Noël Guyomarc’h y présente une exposition sur l’émail contemporain, technique ancienne et exigeante qui suscite un regain d’intérêt chez les créateurs canadiens. Mêlant science et poésie, cet art — où poudre de verre et feu se conjuguent — incarne un acte de résistance face à la production de masse, célébrant la lenteur et le savoir-faire humain.
The second edition of this contemporary jewellery event takes over Cagnes-sur-Mer with exhibitions, conferencesand workshops, notably at the Château-Musée Grimaldi and the Espace Solidor.
Galerie Noël Guyomarc’h presents an exhibition on contemporary enamel, an ancient and demanding technique that is experiencing renewed interest among Canadian artists. Blending science and poetry, this art form — where glass powder and fire come together — embodies an act of resistance against mass production, celebrating slowness and human craftsmanship.
