Art of Yoga returns to the Art Gallery of Mississauga this September and October!
Experience our new exhibition - Electric Neon Clock through movement, and creative reflection with two unique yoga sessions set within the gallery.
Join us for an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience art from a different perspective as you move through the gallery space.
Slow Flow with Aman
📅 Sunday, September 9 & October 4
⏰ 5PM - 6PM
Facilitated by Mississauga-based instructor Aman Wraich, this gentle Hatha-based session blends mindful movement, breath, and calming sensory elements. Drawing on her training in Bikram Yoga, Aman will guide participants through foundational postures with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful transitions.
Restorative Yoga with Pamela Lis
📅 Wednesday, September 9 and October 14
⏰ 6PM - 7PM
Facilitated by yoga instructor Pamela Lis, this calming restorative practice focuses on deep relaxation, mindful breathing, and supported postures designed to release tension and help you reset.
Experience art in a new way. Inspired by our current exhibition Electric Neon Clock, each session invites you to move, and connect with the artwork and gallery environment.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have practice, all are welcome!
