Great folks and great place to get souvenirs and great place to eat.....visit the Sou'Wester at Peggy's Cove....

Little ones and big kids alike are going to love this! The Sou'Wester gift shop is stocked with a massive selection of stuffed animals - sea creatures and lobsters that are just waiting to find a new home. The perfect souvenir from a perfect day on the Nova Scotia coast.

Dog owners have our sympathy. Dogs love to run on beaches. But Summerville and Carters are Provincial Parks and dogs must be leashed. This is for their own protection. If your sweet Labradoodle can run free so can an aggressive Pit Bull. And Summerville has at least one Plover nest. The signs are everywhere. This matters. Please please leash your dogs.
