Could you see yourself serving on the Board of the Lillooet & District Historical Society?
As we look ahead to 2027, we are inviting community members to consider joining our Board of Directors.
Board service is an opportunity to contribute your skills, experience and ideas while helping guide the future of the Lillooet Museum & Visitor Centre and supporting the stewardship of our local history and heritage.
You don’t need previous museum or Board experience. We welcome people with different backgrounds, perspectives and skills who care about our community and are interested in helping LDHS move forward.
Expressions of interest are currently being accepted until October 31.

This Friday, October 30th, join the Lillooet & District Historical Society for a new session of Faces, Places & Stories! Come explore and identify historical photographs, share memories, and help preserve the stories of Lillooet and surrounding area.

Do you recognize a familiar face, remember a local landmark, or have a story to share? We'd love to hear from you!

Upcoming Sessions:
October 30
November 13
November 27

Time: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Location: Lillooet REC Centre, Community Room 203

Sessions will continue every other Friday, with a break in December before resuming in January 2027.

We are officially closed for the 2026 season as of today Monday Oct 5th at 4pm. We will reopen the beginning of May 2027.

Thanks to all who came out and supported us this year and for all the new faces we met along the way. We’ve had so much fun meeting all of you and hope to see you again next year.

Also mark your calendars for our Annual General Meeting happening at TRU meeting rooms here in Lillooet, November 19th / 4PM. We need more board directors, volunteers and community input! Hope to see you there!
