Linda Jones Art school and Studio For over 25 years, I have had the pleasure of teaching hundreds of children and adults. My ongoing Art classes include acrylic, mixed media and encaustics.

Linda is a working artist, art teacher, business women and community volunteer. With over 20 years of teaching art, she has inspired children and adult artists to express themselves with various media. In addition to sharing her love of art with her students, Linda contributes to community projects within the schools, the arts, and festivals with her artistic abilities and her sincere desire to understand and connect with her community. Linda enjoys taking risks and trying new techniques. One of her latest bodies of works is a fusion of form, colour and texture, as she turns her canvases into sculptural and tactile tress, flowers and landscapes. She is deeply inspired by the imagery of western Canada but also draws her inspiration from her travels Her latest trip to Italy has been a great source for many recent paintings. Although Linda has been a mixed media artist forever, she focused on acrylic as her main media....until the past few years where a new love has emerged....ENCAUSTICS! She splits her studio time doing acrylic, teaching and encaustics. Linda is represented by Madrona Gallery in Victoria and Mountain Galleries in Whistler, Banff, and Jasper. Join Linda Jones Art Studio for professional year-round acrylic art classes and encaustic workshops
