Volunteers from the Northwestern Ontario Military and Police Museum were honoured to participate in and support the Remembrance Day ceremony at the Fort William Gardens. It is important that we keep our past in our remembrance in order to have the opportunity of avoiding the repetition of past mistakes, and to honour the sacrifices of those who strive to protect our freedom. We would like to thank those who volunteered their time to help deliver the military vehicles to the site and who participated in the ceremony. We also appreciate "Heartbeat Hot Sauce" for allowing us to park our trailers in their parking lot.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Thank you to the young men who visited recently. We enjoyed having you.

Today the museum was happy to welcome the Thunder Bay Antique Car Club and their beautiful cars. The afternoon was spent touring the museum and enjoying a BBQ. The rain held off and everyone had a good time, even though the train didn't want to cooperate. Thanks for joining us.

King's Coronation Medal

Congratulations to Bob Manns from Conmee Township, and the 9 other UN Peacekeepers who were selected from across Ontario to receive the King's Coronation Medal. The presentations were conducted at Queen's Park followed by a luncheon, a meeting with Premier Doug Ford and a tour. Many thanks to those who ensured that our veterans were recognized with this honour.
