Whether you have ideas to share, want to support a beloved community tradition, or just lend a hand alongside a fun, welcoming group—your involvement makes a difference. Many hands make light work, and we’d love to have you be part of the team that brings the fair to life.

📅 AGM Date: Tuesday, November 4 at 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Pearkes Centre
🍕 Free pizza dinner provided!
📄 This meeting will include resolutions on bylaw amendments.

The 31st Annual Hudson’s Hope Fall Fair was an unforgettable day ! None of it could have happened without the incredible people who make this fair so special.

A heartfelt thank you to:
✨ The amazing volunteers who helped with gates, exhibits, set-up, security, judging, tear-down, and more.
✨ The dedicated cooks for dinner, who served up a delicious farm-to-table meal.
✨ The Hudson’s Hope Fire Department for cooking up a fantastic pancake breakfast.
✨ Everyone who participated in contests and events — your energy, skills, and enthusiasm made the fair come alive.
✨ Of course, our community — for coming out, cheering, supporting, and celebrating together.
✨ Finally, our hardworking Board, whose efforts behind the scenes made the day possible.

The 31st Annual Hudson’s Hope Fall Fair kicks off with a pancake breakfast at the fairgrounds from 9:00am – 11:00am.

🍴 Breakfast is FREE with fair admission – so come hungry and start your fair day right!
