The holiday season is coming and it's the timeless traditions of making, gifting and gathering that makes it so special. We're grateful for the rug hooking community - all the makers, artists, visitors, supports and friends from near and far that make this museum special.

From all of us at the Hooked Rug Museum of North America, may the season bring you joy, rest, and connection.

May your days be cosy, your stitches steady, and your yarn stash free of tangles!

That’s a wrap! Sunday was our final day of the season. We’re incredibly thankful for every visitor, maker, volunteer, and supporter who made this year unforgettable 🤩

We’ll be taking a short break over the winter months, but the threads of community and creativity that we've shared and nurtured over the summer will continue. Stay tuned for updates about the next season, future events and workshops (we’re very excited about the new pattern for the Beginner Rug Hooking class).

Until then, keep creating, connecting and keep celebrating fibre art.

Drop a memory in the comments to show your support for our makers and volunteers!
