Since construction began last year at Core Urban’s new residential development at James & Barton, cracks appeared inside my building (you me gallery). Recently, rainwater ran down inside the front window for the first time since I purchased 330 James North, in 2002. Core Urban disavows responsibility and refuses amicable resolution. The issue of blame is perhaps less important here, than the company's dismissive attitude as it imposes itself as a newcomer on a historical neighbourhood.
