Charcoal & Prismacolor Pencil drawing, titled "The Fisherman" The original was completed last night and filmed this morning by photographer Nick White at Quinte Photo. Nick initially took this photo locally here in Quinte West, showed me the photo, gave me permission to draw her and I added this awesome piece to my bird drawing collection. Good day folks, welcome back to the Timberwolf Studio. Time to unveil my latest drawing titled "Up Out of the Mud". A white rhino grazing at Lake Nakuru National Park in Kenya. Special thanks to Mike Gaudaur for his permission to use his incredible photography as reference. Welcome back my friends to the Timberwolf Studio and thank you for joining me in celebrating the unveiling of "Up Out of the Mud". This charcoal and graphite drawing was such a special project culminating in over 200 hundred hours on the drawing board. The image size measures 24 x 26 inches and once custom framed it will be 37 x 39 inches. Safe to say quite the large composition that will demand attention in any spacious room! The original has not been spoken for so feel free to inquire if interested. Giclee prints are available and I can take orders now. Thank you so much for following along on Instagram and Facebook. Welcome back my friends!! I'm on the home stretch now with this rhino project titled "Up Out of the Mud" Countless hours invested but totally happy where it stands at this point. About 10 to 15 hours remaining give or take! I could, of course, work on details it seems like forever but it would go unnoticed for the most part...lol.
