Today's highlighted artwork from our climate change exhibition with Strata Montessori is by student-artist Spencer Yen, titled "Orca-Stra". Spencer took this thrifted jacket and gave it a new life through the the artistic practice of upcycling. On this work, Spencer asks audiences the question "How does this make you feel?"

The aim of this work raises awareness to UN Sustainable Development Goal #14 but Spencer's main goal is that this piece will get people to think. Come see it this weekend at your DMA.
