The Newfoundland Insectarium is an award-winning, interactive museum of nature. The facility features live and mounted insects and arachnids from around the world. Highlights include a tropical butterfly garden, observation beehive, ice cream parlor and themed gift shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff members are readily available to answer questions and allow visitors to get up close and personal with harmless insects. If you want to experience this for yourself she will be holding another demonstration on Sunday, October 11th, 2-4 PM in our multi-purpose room. Regular admission fees apply.
