The months of February and March found me to be very busy while working with Novaframe Productions on a 5 series BBC2 and CBC production titled "After the Call" which is expected to air in December. Casting and Producers from London England had identified and subsequently selected me to participate in the production regarding my previous service with the RCMP, retirement lifestyle and my passion for creating art work in the way of stone sculptures. Directors, interviewers and film staff attended here at the farm for interviews and background filming of me and many of the sculptures I've created and then they treated me like Royalty for three days in Vancouver at the CBC studios. It was an incredible journey and I'll cherish the memories of the event, the Producers, Directors, Actors Personal Assistants and all of the people I met and friendships that developed throughout the rewarding adventure.

I thought it was time to post another sculpture that was completed this year and delivered to a valued client on Vancouver Island. The carving is titled "Salem" and is a crow holding a walnut in its beak, the sculpture carved from a large block of Indian Chlorite. Enjoy life, challenge yourself daily and be safe!

West Coast Wavy Bear Cub carved in serpentine aka Coquihalla Jade. Just under 300 hours of work which took place over a four year period of time. The sculpture is 19" long, 10 inches wide, 12 inches high, weighing in at 81.6 pounds.

I had stopped adding sculpture to the site as there were too many people adding reels! Let's try another post. Enjoy the day and be safe.
