Chase and District Museum and Archives The Chase & District Museum & Archives Society was established in Chase BC in 1984. Our archives can be accessed during open hours or by appointment.

We are a locally governed museum which encourages everyone to find their own history within the community of Chase. Museum and Archives, covering Chase, Pritchard, Sorrento, Shuswap Station, Chase Creek, Turtle Valley, Squilax, North Shuswap, and Adams Lake. We have over 2700 digitized images in our collection that researchers can look through.

The Museum's Annual Strawberry Tea is June 27th from 1:00pm - 3:00pm! Entry is $7.00 per person, paid at the door (cash or card). 1042 Shuswap Avenue. Two door prize baskets to be won!

Come enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake with strawberries and whipped cream in amongst the current exhibits!

If you can volunteer in any capacity (serving, washing up) please contact Billie at 250-679-8241.

May is here with it's beautiful weather! Why not enjoy the sunshine and walk over to the Museum!

The postal display is still on and there's free letter paper and postcards available for you to write something to send in the mail! (Stamps not provided) Don't forget the C. R. Lamb model too!

And of course, with a new month comes a reset of the scavenger hunts and quiz! Come in any time during open hours!
