As many of you know, art has never just been “art” to me. It has been healing, survival, expression, community, and the foundation of my dream for The 11th Element Studio — a space where creativity can inspire confidence, connection, and transformation for others too.

✨ Help Me Bring This Moment to Life for My Students 🎨

Over the past little while, I’ve been sharing student artwork on my TikTok… and the comments have been everything.

“I made that!”
“That’s mine!”
“Miss, you posted my art!”

Seeing their excitement — just from a screen — has been so powerful, it made me realize…
I don’t just want them to see their work online. I want them to experience it in real life.

I’m planning a school-wide art exhibit featuring over 500 student pieces from Kindergarten to Grade 8 (20 classes) — transforming our school gym into a space where their creativity is truly seen, celebrated, and felt.

I keep imagining their faces as they walk in…
finding their piece…
calling their families over…
feeling proud. This is not only for students, it’s a chance for our community and families to come together and see what their children are creating in the arts.

But I need a little help to make it happen.

Because we can’t use the walls in the gym, I’m looking for display materials that can be donated, such as:

• Display panels / gallery walls
• Wire grids / mesh panels
• Folding boards / room dividers
• Easels
• Clothing racks (for hanging artwork)
• Anything creative that could help us showcase their work

Even one piece can help bring this vision to life 💜

Title: Released, Not Lost

Dandelion Series No. 9

This painting began with a different intention, but shifted as life unfolded. During this period, trust was tested, openness was met with loss, and certainty gave way to reflection.

Created under the last full moon of February, the work marks a moment of renewed spiritual awakening. The dandelion stands rooted beneath a darkened sky, releasing its seeds into the unknown. What drifts away is not abandoned, but offered—each seed carrying what could no longer be held.

The moon remains present as witness rather than guide.

Released, Not Lost reflects the quiet strength required to let go without bitterness, and the understanding that release is not erasure, but transformation.
