Yesterday's projects: Sourdough boule, Chili oil (Woks of Life), Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (Hot Thai Kitchen), Chiu Chow Chili Sauce (Woks of Life) and (because I had chilies leftover) Marion Grasby's Sweet Chili Jam. This should last us for a while :)

I just received a photo of the whale in her new home! Look at that backdrop, the Fundy shore at high tide, it comes right up under the deck ... She looks really happy there :) (WAIT! I just noticed one of my mermaids is hanging above the window to the right, in the next room ... That's pretty fun ...)
