Had a blast this past Saturday at with the Art Cart for our offical last event for the season! Was wonderful to see so many people enjoying the festivities 👻

Sidewalkjoy Brantford and our Mobile Art Cart was overjoyed to be apart of Culture Days on the Trail yesterday.

We felt so included and loved amoung the rest of the wonderful artists and performers in attendance this year.

🌾 Our Nature Weaving craft was a hit and we were able to share some of the wonderful items in the free little art gallery with people. I got to have plenty of amazing discussions and talk about Sidewalk joy and all we've been up to over this busy summer.

Thank you to everyone involved with putting on this event and for having us join you this year.

It was my first time attending culture days but I sure hope its not my last 💕

🎨Join us and the Art Cart this Saturday for Culture Days on the Trails! We will have all our normal Art Cart fun waiting for you plus a special activity!

🌾Ever tried Nature Weaving? Its a fun way to make art with nature. Collect leaves, flowers or anything that catches your eye while you walk along the trail. Take a photo of your creation and dont forget to tag us!

Located on the trails directly below Glenherst Art Gallery (access via trail head by wilks dam or trail head via Hardy rd) 10am- 1pm

👻 CONTEST ALERT 👻

To get into the spooky season get ready for our annual Ghost Art Contest!! Create your best ghost art for our art gallery. Paint, draw, sculpture, photography, knit, mixed media.... whatever your idea is we want to see it!

Submissions can be placed in the bottom of the art box (please label with a contact email/phone number. If submission is too big to fit please leave on porch or in mailbox of 139 Cayuga st. Please still label with contact info).

Deadline is Oct 6th. 3 Winners announced Oct 8th. Winning art will be placed in art gallery and social media posts will be made as well. 3 $10 cineplex gift cards to be won. Multiple entries allowed.

Art will not be returned. It will be placed in the free little art gallery throughout the month of October.

The Art Cart is in the Brantford Beacon!! I got interviewed on Monday by Kimberly (who is so awesome) and its up on their website today. 😁
