Did you know you can film at PAMA? Our historic spaces have appeared in productions including Workin' Moms, Alias Grace, and now Sheriff Country.

Today, Thursday, October 8, our parking lot is closed due to filming. But, we remain open late until 9 p.m. While the Courthouse is closed, our Visitor Service Guides are available to help you explore our exhibitions.

Don't forget to join us tonight for Poetry, Paint and the Female Perspective, an abstract art workshop, happening tonight with poet Andrea Josic.

Parking is available throughout Downtown Brampton and the first 2 hours are free.

Did you know the Minox A IIIS used by James Bond in “On Her Majesty's Secret Service” is represented right here at PAMA?

Known as the world's most famous spy camera, the Minox on display in “Cameras in Focus” once belonged to a longtime Mississauga resident, connecting 007 history with Peel Region heritage.

Visit “Cameras in Focus” and see this memorable camera in person.

September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. At PAMA, we recognize this day as an opportunity to reflect, learn and listen.

Reconciliation is an ongoing process that requires action, understanding and a commitment to amplifying Indigenous voices and stories.

We invite our community to take time to learn about the impacts of residential schools, honour Survivors and their families, and consider how each of us can contribute to reconciliation in our everyday lives.

PAMA will be closed on September 30 in observance of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and will reopen on October 1.
