This photo shows the construction of the Underground Powerhouse, 890 feet long,67feet wide and 150 feet high, largest in the Western World for generating power by the B.C. Hydro and Power Authority to begin in late fall of 1968, and will eventually produce 2.3 million kilowatts.

Could this be Sandra Miller as a young child? She is on a day trip and her father is also in some pictures with this group. No date on the picture. Sandra Miller was born in 1943 so this is possible she is 5 or 6 years of age. 1948-1949???
