SINCLAIR INN TOOLS FOR SALE 🔨✨️

Ken says it's plane to see he needs to get rid of some inventory to clear space for more great vintage tools that are being donated every day. So he's cutting prices and offering great savings and shavings on these old planes!

Drop by the Sinclair Inn Museum Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30am-4:00pm to pick one up for yourself (or as a gift for the father figure in your life, perhaps). 🪵🪓🎁

We wish to extend our sincere thanks to the members and friends who attended this year's AGM to discuss the happenings of the Society over the past year and show support for our museums. We couldn't do it without you.

We also wish to thank our wonderful guest presenter, Jean Young, for sharing her memories of Mr. Patterson and North Hills. Your incredible storytelling truly brought the museum to life and emphasized its deep connection to our community.

Here's to another year of preserving and promoting our community's heritage! ❤️

CRAFTS & CONVERSATIONS🧵🎨🧶

Did you know that today is World Wide Knit in Public Day? This annual celebration encourages fibre artists to take their craft out into their communities, fostering social connection and promoting handiwork hobbies.

There's no better day to announce our newest program offering at the O'Dell House Museum!

Crafts & Conversations is a drop-in community program for crafters and artists of all ages and skill levels. Simply bring your current craft project and enjoy an afternoon of conversation and creativity. Surrounded by beautiful fibre arts from the AHS collection and in the company of like-minded makers, you are sure to feel engaged and inspired!

🗓 Crafts & Conversations will take place every Friday from 2-4pm at the O'Dell House Museum throughout the summer season.

🧶 Knitting, sewing, crocheting, weaving, drawing, sketching, beading, rug hooking, embroidery, etc. All are welcome!

We hope to see you on Friday, June 19th, for our very first Crafts & Conversations!
