Burdwan House - বর্ধমান হাউস Bangla Academy 'Bardhaman House' build after division of Bengal in 1905 to house Raja Bardhaman, a member of parliament. Later it became Bangla Academy.

After Pakistan was established it became the residence of Chief Minister of East Bengal.
