Venue: Alliance Française Chittagong

Bisubo Art Organization proudly presents Monsoon Short Film Festival Chattogram, 2026; a celebration of independent cinema and emerging storytellers.

This festival is dedicated to showcasing the works of independent, self-taught, experimental, and regional filmmakers whose creativity deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated. We believe that great stories are born not only in studios but also in homes, villages, small towns, and among passionate filmmakers who dare to tell stories differently.

Beyond the screenings, the festival is a space for conversations, collaboration, and creative exchange, bringing together filmmakers, students, artists, critics, cinema enthusiasts, and audiences who believe that cinema can inspire, question, and connect communities.

Join us this August in Chattogram as we celebrate the spirit of independent filmmaking and the voices shaping the future of cinema.
