Dont forget the open Day on Sunday 28th Sep. Sausage sizzle available [donations welcome] and chance to see the revamped museum. Looking forward to meeting all the locals who have not yet visited the main attraction in your town. We are getting great revues from visitors from all over Australia.
For those who want to 'tinker' there are plenty of engines & tractors that could do with a run.

Delighted to have 20 members of the Kellerberrin Men's Shed visit us this morning. Everyone impressed with so much to see, and lots of reminiscing with Kevin Jones & Robert Holdsworth who were also here. They are off to the Wyalkatchem Garden Café for lunch. A big thank you to Robert for organising this visit.

We now have 3 different levels of activity for kids - but please don't feel that they are just for children. The 'Big Kid Challenge' could test adult brains also :) The children who have done them so far have thoroughly enjoyed them and the parents have had fun 'helping'.

When you bring your children to the Open Day on Saturday 28th September, there will also be a 'Big Kids Challenge' sheet available. [The picture one is for 'pre-readers' mainly.] We would love some feedback on these 2 activities. Are they too easy - or too hard? Did the kids have fun doing them?
Of course you don't have to wait for the Open Day to bring them to the museum..... but they do get in free that day. :)

Bringing your children to the Wyalkatchem Museum and worried the little ones might get bored?
You can now get them involved by picking up a pictorial sheet with 21 objects to find & a simple sheet to say where they are.
Still working on a more challenging one for the older children :)
