​We’re reaching out with some tough news. We’ve had to make the difficult decision to postpone our upcoming investigation at the Wellington Museum.

Unfortunately, the recent spike in fuel prices has made the logistics for this specific trip unsustainable right now. As a small team, these overheads hit hard, and we want to ensure that when we investigate, we can give it 100% without compromise.

Check your inbox! We’ve sent out emails to everyone with options for a full refund or a priority spot for our next visit to the Museum.

​We are truly sorry for the disappointment. We love the history at Wellington as much as you do, and we’re already working on dates to get back there as soon as things stabilize.

The Wellington Historical Society & Museum will be closing for our Christmas break starting Monday, 22nd December 2025 and reopening on 16th January 2026.
But we just can’t help ourselves and we cant stay away so — whenever you see our flags flying outside, you’ll know we’re back and ready to welcome you in for a visit!

Something is stirring at the Old Wellington Gaol…
