Mandala Magic focuses on the creation of art for personal wellbeing which may involve working in a group, or individually. Art expression is a valuable contribution to community and to our personal identity. Mandala art is an ancient method of expressing wholeness. It portrays symbolically the bringing together of fragments or parts of our complex self creating a complete picture. It is a work of

feeling rather than thought and each line, color and pattern contribute to that story of wholeness. I have been facilitating and working with art for well being for 16 years, specializing in fields such as youth at risk, working with anxiety and depression, training psychologists in art therapy, art retreats, community projects and more. Hope requires us to have an imagination and the belief that we can change. Hope allows us to see a future that is better than the past and that we can make it happen - even if we don't know how exactly, we can begin by taking the first step. A giant tree grows from the potential held within a little seed.
