Our community gallery
The Toora Village Studio Gallery is run entirely by community volunteers. It began in 2011 when artist Willem van Cleef and Windmill cafe owners Erwin and Karen Reschke agreed that an annexe to their building could be used as an art gallery. The founding members of the Toora Village Artist Collective, Inc. were artists from the Toora and Mt. Best area. Exhibiting in the gallery is not limited to members - all abilities are welcome to show their work. Annually, school displays are exhibited, as well as solo and group exhibitions. Drawing classes are available during school terms, and art workshops are held throughout the year.
