King Street Gallery on William was opened by Director Robert Linnegar in 1982. Situated in the heart of the Sydney arts district, within walking distance of the Art Gallery of New South Wales and the Museum of Contemporary Art, King Street Gallery has been in continuous operation for over 30 years. In 1996 Randi Linnegar joined as co-director of King Street Gallery, with 25 years experience in the

visual arts in the U.S. Randi is a Registered Valuer with the Australian Government Taxation Incentives for the Arts Scheme. King Street Gallery represents a number of Australia’s most prominent established artist including: Elisabeth Cummings, Idris Murphy, Jenny Sages, Euan Macleod, Lucy Culliton, Luke Sciberras,, Guy Warren, Paul Selwood, and Wendy Sharpe. King Street Gallery is also active in developing and promoting emerging career artists. The gallery focuses on paintings, sculptures, works on paper and limited edition prints; King Street Gallery offers clients expert advice in all areas of purchasing, valuing and collection management.

King Street Gallery on William is situated in the heart of the Sydney city arts district; within walking distance of the Art Gallery of New South Wales and the Museum of Contemporary Art. King Street Gallery has been in continuous operation since the early 1980’s.

The gallery represents Australia’s most prominent established artists including: Lucy Culliton, Elisabeth Cummings, Ross Laurie, Euan Macleod, Idris Murphy, Jenny Sages, Paul Selwood, Wendy Sharpe and Guy Warren.

King Street Gallery plays an active role in developing emerging to mid career artists including: John Bokor, Harrie Fasher, Rachel Milne, Amanda Penrose Hart, Luke Sciberras and Adriane Strampp.

The gallery focuses on paintings, sculptures, works on paper and limited edition prints. King Street Gallery offers clients expert advice in all areas of purchasing, framing, conserving, valuing and collection management; and is registered to value artworks for the ATO cultural gifts program.
