🎶 Live Music at the March Market🎶

What do a former Nancy Sinatra cover band, a washboard, and a kazoo have in common? The Emu Creek Dirt Band! 🤠

Bill and Tony first met as mature-age recruits in the Ballarat performing arts choir The Sweet Monas, bonding over their amusement at the energy of young aspiring actors. Their musical journey took them through a Nancy Sinatra tribute act (Nancy and the Nancy Boys), a decade-long hiatus, and a quest for a band name that almost left them as The Enlarged Prostates. 😆

Now, reunited and thriving as the Emu Creek Dirt Band, they bring a unique mix of gospel, blues, folk, swing, and whatever tunes take their fancy – all with a healthy dose of self-deprecating humor.

Find them busking at the Smythesdale Country Market this March, with all proceeds going to Friends of the Woady Landcare Group 🌿🎸
